Yeah quite a surprise from Mead. I want to see Rupp throw down some fast times already, people are catching up and the U.S. is getting deeper and deeper each year

Incredible depth in both 5Ks. 23 women under 15:37 (shout out to Jessica Tebo, back from a long drought). Mackey is now in the discussion for sub-15 this summer.

True seems to actually be benefiting from the coaching shake-up, hard as that is to believe at first. He is obviously on a mission of redemption after narrowly missing the World's team twice last summer.
