Love that from Mills. He has gone hard after the disappointment of missing out on the British Worlds team. Still a great, great season and he has definitely moved up a level and is a serious contender in any race, paced or championship. Can see a medal for him in Glasgow.

Different race, slower second and third laps, more congested, Nordas cut him off in the last 100m... Medals are never a gurantee no matter how fit you are in the 1500m

Paced TTs are different from championship races. It's that simple.

Jakob didn't disappoint and he told Yared to stick with him and he'd get the American record, and the bulk ot times make this the greatest mile run in history and all done on a track that isn't all that fast. Had this been Oslo or Brussels a 3:41 would have been run today! Watch out next year!

I think the WR goes down with cooler temps......imagine that race at 70 degrees or even less. INCREDIBLE nonetheless! The best part about this was that it was an ACTUAL RACE! MF NUGUSE made this the race of the year!

To be fair there's a big prize on the line for him. Someone in a GB vest is going to beat Jakob to a 2025 worlds title and I'm not expecting it to be the FoggDog.
