Looking at the womens results, almost all of them set PB, NR, and yes one WR. How is this possible with such a wind??

Us women lose to that distance powerhouse Peru. Where are our women? They all can't be getting ready for a spring marathon. So sad. Other countries people the pride in representing their country

Besides the wind, because he always runs tactical on the track, and waits for the kick.
