Nico did not get near his 5k record. He ran conservatively, saving something for the 3000m. Meanwhile Valby kamikazed the 5000m yet showed virtually no effects in the 3000m. She shows some strain during races, but she does not show the natural effects of these type of massive efforts. And hasn't the duration of her college career.

Ladies don’t sweat, they perspire. When Parker perspires there is a glow that radiates from her tan which may help explain why she gets faster as the race progresses.
