Women's 5k Section 2. After a solid opening lap they slowed it way down and hit 2:31ish at 800m.

Nick is running the 1500 at USAs this year. He also got beat by grant fisher by 2 seconds.

10:01 at 3200m. The Japanese runner (didn't get her name) past Efraimson into first, they're staging just a little bit of a breakaway from the pack with another runner in third. That runner now moving past Efraimson into second and chasing the leader who is making a big push.
