What would happen if Ryan Hall actually won Boston?

How can anyone be stupid enough to see the genetic advantages of Africans in long distance running? Yes they have mental fortitude due to their upbringing....but give me a break!

For every one Ryan Hall here, there's 50+ East Africans who are as talented.

Look at the NBA. Do all the black guys just "work harder"? Is that why they are usually much quicker and can jump considerably higher than most of their white counterparts?
