Yes, 74 for the half marathon. Check out my three weeks leading up to that race...sadly, this is a typical week for me at this age and stage. I actually find it sort of amusing even looking at this and seeing how little it is. I guess I'm just curious if anybody else finds that they just can't handle running much anymore but still manage to run races they feel like are pretty respectable (although admittedly, I couldn't run for about 5 days after that effort...recovery definitely takes longer!) I just keep wondering when my fitness will plummet

Monday 1 mile easy jog with pull-ups, push-ups and some drills and lunges
Tuesday 0 day off...got a cold
Wednesday 0 feel really sick
Thursday 0 feeling a tad better but tired
Friday 4 miles still a bit sick but felt okay on run... was POURING rain...crazy rain!
Saturday 5 miles 4 x surges between 45-90 seconds...still pretty sick and congested
Sunday 18.5 miles woke up super sick and congested but managed to get a descent run in...was hillier than I thought...2000 feet of gain, 2:27

Monday 1 mile easy jog with light drills and some pull ups
Tuesday 0 woke up late
Wednesday 4 miles easy day...
Thursday 0 off super sick still
Friday 0 off
Saturday 4 miles easy run with 4 x uphill strides and 2 x strides
Sunday 9 miles 6k time trial in 19:59...out 9:56, back 10:03

Monday 1 mile easy jog with sprint mechanics
Tuesday 4 miles easy run
Wednesday 0 off, left ankle and achilles hurt...locked in place, weird pain
Thursday 0 same...very painful
Friday 2 miles run with a bit of a pickup and a couple of strides
Saturday 4 miles pre meet with some strides and mechanics
Sunday 14 miles half marathon 1:14:24
