With 17 weeks and those PR’s, you could break 15 definitely, even if currently out of shape. Not only that, you could be reasonably patient too. Not too patient, but enough to avoid injury. Do your runs on grass and dirt so you can handle more mileage because your gonna need it to get back into shape quicker.
