Hi guys I'm a 17 year old runner with a 5K PB of 18:30 but I really want this to go much lower. I need help creating a training plan of around 45 miles a week with the Wednesday as a rest day as I do other sport on these days. I usually run 40-50 miles a week anyway! My PB has come down significantly from 28 minutes last January from when I was quite overweight. Could anyone give me some tips for the 5K
