Possible, make sure you get in healthy sources of iron, calcium, protein, whole grains+ consistent core work.... Lots of hill works and base mileage will help too. I think you can do it for sure.

Maybe lkjl really meant that there are 32 D3 teams with records under 14:15. D3 is much closer to having 32 than D1 is. After seeing that many D1 schools have top 10 lists faster than 14:15, I am thinking that there are 150 D1 teams with records under 14:15.
