2018/19 D3 Atlantic Region Track Thread

who cares about regionals, winning times from this meet are boring. real q, who do we have making nats? Does O'connor go after his performance from cross? Poor performances form the region at natties xc don't look promising.

Anyone know what happened to Pat Fannon? He was working at Ocean Breeze as recently as December, but when I asked an employee where his office was at a January meet they said he was no longer employed there.

That could explain why Ocean Breeze was totally disorganized.

In wha world does it make sense for RPI and Genny to travel to Cornell and Utica with lack of competition and lack of banked tracks when they could have raced Boston?

Budget my butt. RPI and Genny have enough money to go to Boston. They're just afraid to run against the big boys in the real world. D3 schools coddle their kids and don't want them getting butthurt when they finish 15th in the 5th heat at BU. Keep them in that bubble so they think they're actually good.

Those two seem to be the class of the SUNYACs so far this season but it's still early. Hannon seemed to come out of no where this year. Had a really solid XC season too.

never understood why they convert flat track times to banked track times for SUNYAC qualifiers when SUNYACs is run on a flat track...

Hannon has just had good races from nationals onwards. He didn't run too well at regionals.

It’s only January mane. The real nationals isn’t until the end of May. Why go race on bloated indoor tracks in January. Especially if you’re going in two more weeks, like both Geneseo and RPI are. Do your research bozo.

Anthony Perri will win SUNYAC's in the 800m, Mile, 3k, and 5k.

Alot of people (AR teams) will be running at Ocean Breeze on 2/8 and 2/15 so look for some

lists to get much faster, and hopefully some people up the ncaa lists.

Ok this is a serious question. Which school in the AR has the best geographic location for running/training? (Example: best trails near by/dirt roads)
