2:15 is fast but Jordan can fly and can get very close I think. What do you think?

It all depends on her thyroid health.
Hasay is not Salazar's favorite. She cannot have a WR before Rupp can. Since Rupp cannot have a WR, Hasay cannot have one as well.
Will she eat enough calories to sustain her existence?

Her 5000, 10000 and half marathon times are not even close to being indicative of running a WR marathon. She would have to run a sub-30 10000 to seriously think she could challenge the record. Saying 2:15 is fast is a bit of an understatement.

I wonder what's her bone density like?
No, she can't. Don't be silly.
Can she?
Sure, if she has blood levels within the permissible amount and runs faster than 2:15:25 on a qualifying course.
Will she?
No, we're in December. As for 2019, it is unlikely.

I think she will not even break 2:20, based on odds. She's probably capable of sub 2:20, but getting it all right at the same time is another story. (weather, fitness, pacing, nutrition).
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
