This spring I am planning to transfer to CU Boulder. I was wondering what the best training options are over there in terms of running clubs, coaching, best trails, races, etc. I ran a 1:56.02 as a junior in high school for the 800, was injured my senior year and only ran one semester in college and decided to quit for several reasons (I am a sophomore now). I still run 40 miles a week but have not raced in a long time nor done any real interval training. I am just looking for a proper training situation/grouo that can help me pursue a pr and possibly even faster.
