In the past I have run 50mpw consistently. In the summer I was doing 60mpw consistently and touching on 70 from time to time. I am now maintaining 70mpw for the first time in my life and it is taking a bit of a toll. 8 hours of sleep is not enough, otherwise I fall asleep at work and college. If I don't get at least 10-11 hours of sleep these days with a ton of food I feel completely worn out. Anyone have similar effects from kicking up mileage/intensity?
