I've never posted here before, but I just completed my best marathon training consistency I've ever had. It wasn't everything I wanted (I wish I did some more tempos at MP) but I'm happy with the mileage. But I'd love some training plan feedback from my fellow keyboard experts. What would you have done differently? And also, do you think I can break 2:40 at NYC this weekend? Current PR is 2:44, 1:15 in Half, 25:35 for 8k, 15:20 for 5k. I did one workout per week for this training plan, alternating between hill workouts and tempo workouts. Every tempo was around 6:05 pace. Thanks for your thoughts!
