Obviously Kipchoge has everyone ready to hit home runs in their next marathon. But what about the marathon after that and the one after that? I'm curious to know what others think is possible based on past race performances.
So for instance if I have run 6:20 pace for a 10 mile race is that something that over the next 3-5 years with consistency, higher mileage and hard work is a realistic goal marathon pace?? Currently it is around 6:45/mi but this is the training block where I have taken my mileage up above 80 miles consistently and have hit 100 mpw 7x over the last 4 months leading into my marathon next month
