I just started my senior year xc season and I've caught myself in a slump. but it has continued for 4 meets now. Last year I hit a Pr of 16:39 and regularly broke 17 or was under 17:10 and it only took till my 2rd meet to get to there. I have been practicing good and Im hitting the same time on my workouts and even came off a good track season of a 4:44 1600m. But we've had 4 meets this year and I haven't even broke 18:00? Anyone ever had this happen before? Also I didn't change up my summer routine any either.
