Got through q summer of mileage. Nithing crazy just able to consistently hit mileage in the 50s with a few at 60. Got real long runs in of 16 miles, most runs were easy as hell and long runs got a little tempo in them. Also got a fair bike of cycling in on top of that but only like 30 miles a week on a flat course
Now I'm starting to do workouts 2 times a week and my body isnt liking it. Likeni javent able to finish a workout yet and just feel like I have no energy after 1 or 2 reps, or 10 minutes of tempo or a few fartlek on sessions. Took last 3 days off to see if that's the problem but I've been doing easy runs at 745 still, used to go at 7 flat but realized that's too fast for my ability, 1630 5k runner.
Anything else I should do?
