Hey guys. I'm doing 5xmile on 1-2 min recovery tomorrow. Probably will be 5:20-5:30. Should I do it on the track so I can get a mile accurately or should I do it on our school's XC course. I know the track is easier to run on than the XC course, so if I did 5xmile in 5:20 tomorrow on the track could I hold 5:20 pace for 5k on XC? Or would it have to be on grass? I just don't know the exact mile markers so while I would still get a good workout in I'd like to have exact splits. Plus I train on hills a lot already.
