Was injured for 3 ish weeks with Peroneal Tendonitis caused by shoes that were too small (im now a size 10 - 11 as opposed to 9)

First week back, not too bad. Long Run was killer, but it was comfort zone so nothing terrible, been going that far since sophomore year. I’m just hoping to get back in shape soon.

T: 12x400m w/ 60 seconds rest in between reps, 78 sec average
W: 5 miles easy +strides
T: 6 miles @ 6:45 pace, HR 174
F: 5 miles easy +strides and core workout
S: 4 miles @ 6:00 pace, HR 185

-good week i was traveling so it was a bit of a grind to fit in my runs but kept my milage where i wanted it, next week oficial practice starts so i scaled back the workouts this week.

8x30 sec @4:45, 30 sec jogging recovery
8x1 min @4:45, 1 min jogging recovery
Finish easy to 8 miles
Tuesday: 7 miles easy @7:25, pretty hilly, didn't realize how hilly the surrounding neighbourhoods are lol (tried to make this a recovery run by slowing the pace way down, but super hilly so idk if it counts as recovery lol)
Wednesday: workout
1.75 easy to the hill
6x30 sec hard up the hill, 2 min jogging recovery
8x1 min hard up the hill, 3 min jogging recovery
Finish easy to 8 miles
Thursday: 4 miles easy @7:00 (recovery) + lift
Friday: 12 miles @6:35 (first 5 miles pretty hilly, rolling hills for the last 7). Started out averaging 7:15 for the first 3, cut down to 6:20 by mile 7, last 5 were all sub 6:15 with the last 2 being 6:09, 5:55. Felt great
Saturday: easy 5 @7:10 (recovery)
Sunday: easy 4 @7:00 (recovery)
Total Miles: 48
Tuesday still counts as a recovery run to me lol.
I do a lot of my runs on hills and it's still a recovery for me.

Sunday: 56 minutes @ 7:00 (8 miles)
Monday: 30 minutes very easy; 8 minutes easy, 5*4:30 fast-3:00 slow, 8 minutes easy.

Tuesday: 30 minutes very easy; 8 miles @ 7:00 (11.5 miles)
Wednesday: 30 minutes very easy; 4 miles moderate, 4 miles fast (progression run)-~6:30 avg.
(11.5 miles)
Thursday: 10 minute shakeout; Mountain Run: 11 miles total @ 7:05, half up a mountain, half down it.
(12 miles)
Friday: 8 minutes easy, 12*90 sec very fast-90 sec slow jog, 8 minutes easy
(7 miles)
Saturday: 4/6 double @ recovery pace
(10 miles)
Total: 70 miles
