Today I did my usual 20 by 400s at 63 / 64 sec , the last 2 came to 60 sec flat. Rest was my usual around a minute. This is a workout for a sub 2:10 marathon . Just show you "hobby joggers" here on LRC what it takes to fly.

Look into how Yuki Kawuachi trains similar mileage, although he does it in singles as opposed to doubles.
