Pain is about a 4/10 when I start a run and then about 1/10 after 3-4 miles. The painful area seems to be linear, like it is along a tendon, rather than one specific nickle spot. It hurts to rotate my ankle and dorsiflexion hurts. Walking also hurts. I think I know where the "N" spot is and that's not painful but slightly above it is. Any ideas what this can be?
