SAGE: Please ignore all these other morans pretending to be me. I'm a big fan of yours and your videos, but it seems like there's nothing specifically targeting people like me. My goal is exactly 3 hours and I really can't do more than 60-70 miles a week - it would be great to get a custom plan from you! I hope this doesn't sound weird, but so I really know you're doing this for me, can you touch your left nipple while talking to the camera and say my name.
I'd also really like to buy the shorts and socks you wear in the video - just name your price!
Thanks man.
Hey sage, i'm sorry everyone else is pretending to be me, but i'm the real one. Please don't do this weird stuff, i don't want you to. I'm not weird, i swear
lol
Downhill course to sub 3, then quit the marathon training. With 60-70mpw limit at your age you can do better and have more fun at shorter distances.

Do you have any suggested downhill courses that are specifically suited for a 40 year old male hobby jogger with a PR of 3:03 hoping to run 2:59:59?

Hey sage, I'm the real one, the one with the cold sores. Can you please do that video for me?

Who keeps posting as me?

Right, I already mentioned I can only run 60 to 70 mpw, because of my job, wife, and my need for time to watch Sage's videos since my wife broke my google glasses.

It should be really obvious that this morOn isnt me, since I posted in the original post that I wanted to run 2:59:59, not "exactly 3." Also, I'm not weird like this guy, who asks to buy another man's shorts?
Sage, if you're getting this, rub your right nipple! Clockwise!

Why did you post a "why did you post as me" post when you're not me? I'm me.

I have watched every video you have made and you are the man! The other sub-3 marathon videos are good but I could use something really tailored for a 40 year old hobby jogger with a PR of 3:03:30 trying to shave off those last 3 minutes and change. Can you give specific workouts for someone like me maxing out at 60-70 miles per week? Thanks man.
Dear GOD..this thread turned into an epic trainwreck..
lol
Hi sdfasdfasdfdf! If Sage unfortunately can't get back to you, please know that I am available to help you reach your ultimate goal of running 2:59:59 in the marathon while running 60-70mpw. Please contact me at my website for more information. Remember! In order to be a better runner, you must start by running better.
Hi rcjason. I have 2 questions for you (This is the real sdfasdfasdfdf btw), can you please share your top 10 tips for marathon? Seems like this would be a good idea for a thread.
Second, you do not seem to be touching either your left or right nipple in either picture, so I don't feel like this is a legitimate offer for help. Good day sir.
SAGE:offer to buy your shorts and shoes still stands!
xo

I forgot to mention in my original post that I can only run 60 - 70 mpw and that I currently have a 3:03:03 marathon time. I would like it very very much if you could post a video of me running a 2:59:59 marathon. That way I can look at what I do for that time and run a 2:59:59. Thanks so much
PS: I love my nipples even though they are a little hairy.

Sage is also a coach. So if you want all the specifics and workouts on your particular case, you could hire him to be your coach.
Ah, no. Did you not read my post? I watch all of his video's and I think that he's "the man". I don't want to pay him, I just love his video's and I want him to make one for me.
Sage, I forgot to add that I have unusually small feet, I wear a size 6Y in boys shoes, which makes me quite tippy. So, if you could add in some specific advice for training to go under 3 hours with very small feet that would be great.
Sorry Sage, just realised all those other posts were me after all! I do have some problems at home, KAREN BE QUIET IM TALKING TO SAGE ON LETSRUN. Do you ever talk to yourself? I talk to you on YouTube every day. I'm going out now so who ever posts next will not be me OK?
And Sage you are the man! This is me I haven't left yet.
lol
