Where has Isaac Garcia-Cassani been? I would have figured he would have been the one to do it.
PRs of 1:57.10, 4:14.36, and 9:27.64 out of high school.
Gotta love that DIII development!

Can't believe his coach hasn't taken a D1 job by now. I know HS success doesn't always translate to college but her history of developing talent at voorhees high school in NJ is outstanding. It's hard to get talent at D3 ramapo - i can only imagine what she would do with a roster of d1 recruits.
Is Justine Cassavell hiscoach?
*Justina Cassavell but yes she is

Buddy of mine once told me that banked times get converted to flat times for the performance list. Is this true? That would be lame
Depends if Nationals that year is being held on a flat track. If Nationals is on a flat track then banked performances are converted to slower times.
If Nationals is on a banked track, flat track performances are converted to faster times.
Nationals are being held on a banked track this year so the result stands as is.

FWIW, doesn't matter with records. They don't convert for all time lists, as they shouldn't.
Have there been any sub-4 equivalent 1500s?
should note though, that this is first the indoors, as there has been sub 4-minute miles run outdoors or 1500m equivalent, just as clarification to anyone reading the thread :)

Yes, outdoors. Heres the list for reference
3:39.83 Karl Paranya Haverford 1997 Stuttgart
3:40.06 Will Leer Pomona-Pitzer 2007 USATF Championships
3:40.91 Nick Symmonds Willamette 2006 Nike Farm Team Invite
3:41.56 Tom Tuori Rochester 1987 New England TAC Champs
3:42.01 Charlie Marquardt Haverford 2016 Princeton Qualifier
All of these are sub 4 equivalents. Hernandez's 3:59 flat converts to a 3:41.36, which would make 4th on the outdoor all time list. Any predictions on what he runs outdoor? Who knows what he can do, skys the limit for him
Hernandez's 1500 progression
3:50.40 Swarthmore Final Qualifier May 11, 2015 FR
3:43.56 Swarthmore Final Qualifier May 16, 2016 SO
3:45.05 Swarthmore Final Qualifier May 15, 2017 JR
Hernandez's mile progression
4:09.22 BU David Hemery Valentine Invitaional Feb 13-14, 2015 FR
4:07.58 Fastrack Last Chance Feb 27, 2016 SO
4:09.56 Penn State National Jan 27-28, 2017 JR
3:59.01 Boston University Last Chance Qualifier Feb 25, 2018 SR
Hes made a remarkable improvement for his senior years indoor. Times dont lie, hopefully it translates to outdoors
If he chopped that jew fro off, he would of ran a 3:55.
