I didn't know they still made real running shoes/spikes, much less sponsored professional athletes.
I'm a fan of Kemoy, this seems like a weird thing

Old news. Starting a team based in Boston area. Hopefully he'll have some people to train with. Though it's likely wonderful to be with Corey McGee everyday, that does nothing in getting him to the next level.
Reebok came back about a year ago with the Floatride as their high-end trainer, and a couple of other mainstream shoes: the OSR Harmony and Sweet Road. I haven't run in them but they seem to be well received.
Reebok is a joke and as long as Adidas allows them to work independently it will always fail. For years they chase fads. Right now training groups are the new way for a company to make a splash. I promise you that this group will disintegrate within 5 years.
“Kemoy” sounds Kalenjin.
Mark Coogan didn't do a darn thing with him. Always thought that Kemoy should be doing much better than he is currently performing. He has great potential.

That is right! Like Kimoi Chebii the father of the former president Daniel Moi. Jamaicans just got the spelling wrong.

Reebok has sponsored ZAP Fitness for years. As noted above, they make several decent running shoes, at least one of which got "best" something in a recent Runners World shoe review issue. They also custom make racing shoes for the sponsored athletes.
Will not be surprised if some model are actually adidas ones with a slight variation and Reebok cosmetics / logo.
It won't seem weird once Knight joins him and they are both being coached by Fox
Have you been under a rock? Reebok shoes are back and looking like the real deal. The new racing flat is outstanding. Great to see a co. With such history back on the shelves.
Coogan got him into World finals last summer dude!

Has Coogan done anything with that NB group in Boston? Honestly asking as I cannot remember anyone in that group really doing anything significant recently.
Is Chris O'Hare still in the group?
To my recollection Mark Coogan coached Abbey D'Agostino to the 2016 Olympics. That seems like he's done something with the athletes he has. Truely unfortunate that she fell and tore her ACL during one of the 5k heats.

To my recollection, two people dropped out of their right to go to the 2016 Olympics so that Abbey D could go. She finished in fifth place. Where is she now?

It makes sense. Reebok is sponsoring crossfit and working closely together with Les Mills and it is difficult to be there if the company didn't have any running shoes. So there is a quite a big potential in selling shoes to people who attend classes like Body Attack where running shoes are needed. They just have to think about their distribution strategy. They would do well if they sold a shoe like NB Zante that looks good, is fairly light and which is sold in the stores where young people go shopping, maybe even at the fitness centers.
Who??????
I heard he's switching to Crossfit.

Idiot. Campbell PR’d in just about everything over the last two years and made the WC final last year. NB dropped the ball big time on letting him go. Coogan can coach. Make no mistake. Just ask True and Chelimo. Both of which had their best years of running under Coogan and this will be the same for Campbell.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
