My PR is 9:54 in the 3200. I still think I can improve the time. However, there are not much opportunities in the 3200 or 2 mile.
I plan to run some 5000m races. I think if I want to improve my 3200 time, I have to do it while running a 5k.
The question is how can I run a PR in the 3200 during a 5k? I do believe that one way is to improve 800-1500 times. I’m sure there other ways as well.
