Definitely wr and then lose my legs. Walking is nice and all, but if you lose your arms you lose the two most important tools that you have.

I think almost everyone would choose to have their arms working vs their legs working, if they had to choose. So by adding an additional incentive of setting a WR before loosing the use of your legs but continuing to be able to use your arms makes no sense and adds no additional thought.
