Same here, except Sunday morning after saturday long run is usually closer to 8:00 avg (or slower if I run trails). only time I get close to 7:00 avg is when I run with a particular group that likes to hammer easy runs. I don’t like running that fast on easy days but I do enjoy their company.
That being said, I do only one workout a week typically. If I did 2 I would probably be a little slower some days. My medium long run Sunday may be slowish after hammering that 8k on saturday in flats.
