Ok. So I never ran NCAA , but I ran a year in hs and club now and so have been around knowledgeable people , and they all seem to think everyone should be running distance track races in spikes.
I think I gave myself talar synovitis from heel striking in spikes a month after ankle twist.
Eventually I did research and seems to be a pretty bad idea to heel strike in spikes.
Why isn't this talked about more? I understand that spikes will push most people to naturally get off their heels but still clearly not all people.
