I'm a heavy heel striker and need new spikes that can be used for 5k XC as well as 1600-3200 in track. I currently wear Nike Rival D, but am looking for something lighter. Any opinions? My foot is a bit narrow, but he Rival D fits fine.
Thanks

stop heel striking
Spikes are only on the front part of the shoe because that's how you are supposed to run. Anyoen who says otherwise is an idiot. Don't even wear spikes untill you fix it, as it is a major critical issue. The lighter the spike, the less cushion that it has.

Anyone who can't spell 'anyone' is an idiot.

Oh man, youre gonna get it from some Elite Parent!
Clean forefoot striking is a technical flaw! Middle and long distance runners are supposed to "heal" strike. So, just put on your spikes backwards and dig that "heal" in the tartan.
