I’ve seen and searched and read and everything and I’m ready to make that step into high (ish) mileage (Slight sarcasm). Here’s my training log.
Current (Junior)PRs: 800-1600-5k (no 3200)
2:15-4:55-17:30
Previous mpw:Summer ‘17-Winter ‘16-‘17
35( - 40)-30(sick a lot)
Most mileage increase will come from doubles, aiming for 60 mpw (a big jump, I know), but it’s all or nothing because I’m not happy with my PRs (at all). Pace will be 7:xx for PM, 8:xx - 9:xx for AM. Wish me luck, hope this helps anyone
