Hi! I'm 21 and I am studying in a University. Because of my lessons I was not able to run for a while. I want to gain my stamina back so I will start running soon and I haven't created a diet plan yet. Can you help me to create my diet plan?

Yes you were able to, you just didn't want to.

More likely, you won't.

Good, you don't need one.

Here's your plan: Run more. Until you get in a routine of doing that, you're just procrastinating and not going anywhere.
First of all you shouldn't eat heavy meals before running. You can find some diet plans for runners in the internet but I will give you some advices. You should know that eating fruits and veggies supplies your body with vitamins, minerals, and the carbs it needs to fuel your running. So I can recommend you to eat five different colored fruits and vegetables daily. Additionally I can recommend you to drink milk and eat milk products that come from animals because milk supplies calcium, and calcium builds strong bones, which is great for your running. But animal milk offers much more.

1995 called -- they want their sound, well-rounded, non-cultish dietary advice back.
O.P. -- there's a reason American Distance Running sucked back in those days.
It's simple math: Gluten-Free + Paleo + Vegan + Intermittent Fasting + Raw- only = 2:15 marathon shape in no time!
(Add 2 minutes for every serving of non-grassfed/open range/organic meat, 5 minutes for every serving of grains, 13 minutes for every serving of dairy)
I stop at fast food places 5-6 times a week for dinner.
