What has been your experience with training for two marathons per year (6-month cycles)? And, more specifically, how have you improved (if so) from race to race as you've gained knowledge and fitness, say, over 2-3 years (4-5 marathons)?
Granted, results are unique to individual. So, let's assume the first marathon result is 3:00:00 - 3:10:00.
What has been your progress from race to race and changes in training from cycle to cycle?
