I did these workout la few days :
5x300m : 43.2, 44.2, 44.3, 44.4, 45.2 rest=3'
600m-2x200m : 1'31.0 - 27,3, 29.1 rest= 6min, then 1min
Maybe somebody now if 2:03 possible ?

Very possible. I wouldn't DL more than six days per week. Add a bit threshold work like 10 x 800 at 2:40 w/ 1' rest. You will be golden :) You may thank me - the magic wizard - later :)
Hard to know for sure without something to compare it to or without knowing your mileage and 400m time/mile time, but I'd say you can do it. Pace yourself and race smart

What the F? Why on earth would he want to do 10x800 on 1m rest at 2:40 to get ready to PR in the 800. You are literally the worst coach ever.

I try to do some 400m pace in the spirit of sharping my 800m fitness.
I did last saturday 400m-200m-200m (r=10' then 5') in 57.3, 28.0, 27.2
Do you have another suggestion that I could try ?
Next race is a 400m :-) Hope sub 57.
4*200m@30s with 30s rest...
for 800m training of course
get some stuff with less rest. you are fully recovering with that much rest in the workouts you listed
try 400 at 61, 60 seconds rest, 400 at 61 or faster followed by 4x200 at 30 with 2-3'
250-200-150-100 with 5-8min rest @goal 400m pace is a good workout.
