I woke up today and my coach told me to go for an easy 3km run for my very first run. So I did but during the 3k run I started getting curious what I could run an 800m in since that will be my focus. So I decided I would run an 800m time trial in the afternoon. So I waited until the afternoon to give my legs rest from my easy 3k morning run. When I felt ready to go I decided to run an 800m as hard as I can and I ran a 1:56.34. Is this good for someone who just started running? I'm wondering because my friends were saying that's insane and all, but I'm not even sure?
