wow bolt..... wrote:Honestly, it would have been great for a guy like Coleman or WVN( I think he would have won had he run it) as a symbolic changing of guard. Gatlin however, why is he even here? Oh right, because corrupt politicians let him back into the sport because mericans can't do no wrong. He still denies it. F*ck him. Mad props to the crowd to boo him.
Well, Gatlin can only do what the rules state. He has to feed his family and live with the shame. Don't ever feel it doesn't est at him knowing he isn't loved beyond his enablers in the USA. As you said. One doping ban is one thing. Two doping bans is ridiculous. That said. Congrats to coleman, who looks like the future of the sport. He and Degrasse will have great battles.
You know his first doping ban was bullshit right? Ugh, you probably don't.

Van Niekerk is going to set more records in the 400, but it's a looong way down to 100m. Hewouldn't even win the South African 100m champs.
I think he probably meant De Grasse.

Agreed, I feel the same way I did after Trump won. Not really a fan of either, but I love seeing all these snowflakes in tears.
So De Grasse would have won, eh?

Stadium audience is embarrassing themselves. BBC broadcasters are embarrassing themselves.
I'm more militant anti-doping than most, but good on Gatlin. I am convinced Bolt is dirty, like Gatlin, but good on him too.
But the audience and talking heads can fnck off. The hypocritical hero worship (keep in mind who is in the commentators' box...) that tries to build Gatlin as some villain is everything wrong with the sport.
THIS * 100
BBC & Stadium booers can go & f-uk off.. coverage over the last two hours has been unbearable
Besides JG has been a class act at the end the with JB.
Happy night...

So was Carl Lewis'. When American dope it's always a mistake. My Bad. How about the second? Bullshit as well?
First ban was TOTAL BS. This article is 2 years old - still true.

You don't sound very anti-doping at all.
It is missing the forest for the frees to focus the anti-doping energy being against Gatlin. What about Blake? What about Bolt who's had several teammates positive? What about JADCO never testing their athletes during Bolt's rise? What about American money funneling through Nike and BALCO to juice the sport? What about British Athletics, or UKAD and their shoddy inconsistencies? What about the failure of IAAF to ban Gatlin for multiple positives? What about Coe for driving the sport in a direction that relies on a hero to appear clean and perform like a doper?
My vitriol to Gatlin goes out the window because it is one big cluster fnck, especially when Gatlin creates a moment, event he slightest opportunity, for some people to check in their own hypocrisy.

Do you even have a clue of the difference between the 100 and 400?

Embarrassing themselves for booing someone banned twice for doping offences? Americans and their double standards man. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT? He can be praised in the US, everyone else thinks he's a cheat. To make yourself feel better you claim bolt cheats as well. But I heard of bolt breaking 400 and 200 records as a teenager. High on talent but most people didn't know if he had the work ethic. Bolts is more tested than most other athletes. Never failed a test. You guys just say what you have to say to justify it cause it's an American. If the tables were turned and Gatlin was always clean while bolt was banned twice, you would be livid. Hypocrites, the lot of you.
The first ban was BS. The second, however was deserved. He doped.

Go look up WVN PB and SB at 100m. Think too, he would have won todays final.
It would appear that the bitterness toward Gatlin has spilled onto Wikipedia. It keeps getting changed to this then changed back haha.
Is there any link?
Man it's going to be weird to see a bronze on Bolt's Wikipedia page

The anti-doping people are far worse than anyone who might be taking drugs, because YOU are the ones who keep pushing their veracity and making a big deal out of something that, honestly, makes zero difference as to helping anyone.
In fact a comparison of the amount of drugs taken by the population as a whole with their physical capabilities would show a huge negative correlation. The greater outcome of this is that you idiots are dumbing down athletics and making it less attractive not only to athletes but also to the population as a whole. Sadly, it appears that being healthy and fit is no longer a good thing, at least in the eyes of idiots like you.
