This was a good thread last year so I figured I'd start it again. Who knows of any transfers?

Alabama has the top d2 kenyan and the top juco kenyan both transferring in, as juniors I believe. Plus Chalenga (d2 kenyan) transferred in mid year last year and will be a junior in xc this year as well. Alabama could put 3 in the top 10 at NCAA cross, but they will probably be there as individuals, not as a team.
Alabama finished 4th in their region last XC season without these three impact transfers. I feel like Alabama will have a pretty good shot at making it as a team with the addition of the transfers.
And not necessarily a new transfer but we will finally get to see Ednah Kurgat race for New Mexico.
Alexis Duncan (hurdler) transfers from Texas to Tennessee.
Caitland Smith (sprinter) transfers from Texas to Arkansas State.
NCAAs and USAs are now over. What other big transfers are out there that may have an effect come XC season?
I'm hearing some distance people --females-- may leave UF. They aren't difference makers. Don't know for sure yet: we shall see?
Alyssa Snyder, 4th in NCAA 10k, transferring from Montana State to Utah State. Seems like after having a breakthrough season....it's a good time to leave...?
I saw her social media stating as much.
Just seems odd to me. I like Gulden and Weese, but the difference between Montana State and Utah State is negligible. Mountain West a better conference than Big Sky for women maybe, but why leave a mid major you thrived at for another slightly larger and not really any more competitive mid major?
Charlotte Prouse just announced she is transferring from Washington to New Mexico. Third summer in a row New Mexico has gotten a massive female transfer after Frerichs in 2015 and Kurgat in 2016.
Something fishy when that happens 3 straight years. They are not deciding this on their own.

Carmela Cardena Baez from FSU to Oregon
I noticed something at UVa . Female roster was missing someone with some promise. Don't know if she had left???
NM IS gonna be loaded.
Wright, Kergat, Kelati, Prouse.....Thats a heck of a top 4, followed by 3 others around 16:10 for 5k. Sheesh.
The lobo ladies do indeed look loaded for XC. With that top 4 (Wright, Kergat, Kelati, Prouse) and I think they also still have Rhona Auckland, who finished about 12th in NCAA XC in 2015? Not sure if she is back to former fitness levels yet?
What "condition" ?

Reference the "What's going on at UW again?" Thread from the last week or so...nothing that wasn't suspected/assumed but still more evidence...
There's a way to stop this. Do whatLiberty did last year. I believe in freedom of movement for obvious reasons. But not recruiting other schools talent.
There should be an understanding among the coaches that this shouldn't be happening and immediate elig should not be allowed. UWashington do the right thing.
Is anyone implying that NM is recruiting others talent?
I assume it has something to do with the fact she is LDS?
May be you should be a better Observer and realize that Prouse is not the only girl form her class to have a "condition" and then transfer, Bradley was at UW
and then left after seeming to be struggling with the program and weight issues.
Maybe reflect that a) calling it a condition is so terrible and belittling and b) maybe its not just an athlete thing.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
