Wow, what a stinker of a performance by Kiprop. Maybe it's time for him to hang it up.

Even the 16 year old Norwegian was faster than Kiprop today.

People were saying the same thing about Rudisha a couple of years ago. ...so I'm going to say lets wait and see.
You have to take these league races with a grain of salt, because at the end of the day they don't tell the true story of an athletes OVERALL ability. ...we just don't know

Well, he did say he was bothered by Aden being arrested last year. Did Kiprop decide to stop doping? If he did I guess we're seeing that he's just a good responder.
Likely he'll (suspiciously) be right back in top form for the WCs.
Uncle Jama wasn't around to bring him the goodies.
He was looking for Centrowitz, only to realize at 1200m that he didn't show up because he rather be playing call of duty.
Kiprop should move up to the 5k or 10k.

He's not finished. He spoke to Jonathan Gault and told him he was sick. He said he knew he wasn't ready to run fast today.
So you can't twin. You pull out like Centro and you get ripped. You run even while sick and you get ripped.
Kiprop told Jonathan Gault after the race he has been sick.

I think you mean the Rosas being arrested, not Aden

He's been saying this for weeks. Making a fool of himself, unaided.
Aden's training camp was raided and stuff seized was it not?

Yes he is on the down, Ndiku is completely gone.
Sick, Schmick. No excuse. You think Pre ran like crap when he was sick? No, he pushed harder, because he was Pre!
Okey...that explains why he looked "out of competition".

Maybe if Kiprop was coached by you he would have won.
Now it looks like he was sick as he told. Even without me as his coach he can`t run that bad when 100% fresh. But in october last year it was close I got the honor to coach him for his winther buildup. He first agreed to a start with my system in november but changed his mind and decided to stick with his old patented routine what i call " follow your feeling" program.I got an insight in his program and how he had train before. The paces and examples of workouts he showed me tells me he have the capacity to run 3.24 at 1500m. I am convinced that if a runner with that capacity trained with a more systematic program he had broke the WR.

3:24? Dude, whatever you are smoking, please send it my way. I will pay you lots of money for the good stuff.

Your argument is sad to read and certainly based upon a faulty belief.
Sure a systematic approach is useful, but to say it's better than an athlete using his/her own intuition (i.e., feeling based training) is completely absurd.
Using "schedules" and sticking to them regardless of how you're feeling is the quickest way to burn-out and injury!

Aden was arrested in Spain and Kiprop complained for weeks last summer that it was bothering him. Go look it up.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
