My goal is to run a sub 16:30 5k by the end of next cross country try season. I have been running cross country for two seasons. Freshman PR 18:41 and ran 17:29 this last season. 1600 PR 4:53. 3200 PR is 10:46 as a freshman haven't really raced it this track season due to injury. I am 5"8 135 pounds if that helps and I have been training up to 50 miles a week with speed work. Been training seriously since this previous summer.
