Planet Bike Superflash Turbo. This thing is amazingly bright, but it comes with a bike clip mount so you'll have to fabricate a way to hook it to a belt. It uses AAA batteries, but I've always used rechargeable AAAs in mine.

I have this blinker in green and love it. Does not come with a battery recharger, but those things are pretty affordable too.
Here's a knock off. It's not made as well, but it's very bright and only $5.
Lezyne Zecto Drive - bright, rechargeable. Two versions - one with clear lens, one with red lens. Has a clip to mount on waist, or can use the included rubber gasket to mount on bicycle handlebar.
I use these. Not rechargeable but batteries last me all winter.
I don't use band. i clip it on the back of my hat or waist band.

The Nathan Orion is rechargeable and light enough to clip onto a visor or headband.
Is there anything else out there that is just as lightweight but brighter?
Walmart in around the hunting &athletic dept has lights for dollar each very bright but not rechargeable.
Nathan has a very good one as well. Up to 200 lumens
