Few workouts i've done over the past couple weeks. Opening up in 2 weeks time what kind of time should i be looking to hit?
2 x (400m, 200m, 200m) with 200 jog between reps and 5 mins between sets:
1) 56.9, 27.1, 26.8
2) 54.0, 28.1, 27.3
200, 300, 400, 500, 500, 400, 300, 200, with 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2 mins rest between reps
Splits: 30.0, 43.7, 60.7, 75.8, 74.0, 59.4, 43.0, 27.3
2 mile thresh - 10 mins rest - 6x150m w/ 250 jog recovery
Splits: 9:59 for 2 mile and 20-21 for 150s
