I am a new runner, so it is very easy to be bombarded by several authors and articles in the web or in magazines about training and doing some cross-training. I recently read on magazine about the ideal 180 steps/minute to be a faster and efficient runner. My question is I am in the 160 steps per minute, is it actually worth trying to get to that level? Or am I doomed to be a slowe runner ? Thanks a lot in advance!
