But seriously, women, you can't just win all the time. I mean from about 16 to 35 (and maybe 40, I'd you have taken care of yourself properly), you have the upper hand in the dating market. We, on the other hand, get that opportunity later in life. On an individual level, life is not fair, but know a large scale, it is. And nature is nature, I have met so many women who have fantasies of older men (of course a well groomed one in a good shape , not the nursing home grandpa ) but yet to meet one guy who fantasises about 60 year old women in a good shape, mostly because such women are as rare as diamonds. I am 41, I am fitter and look much better than when I was 20 (except for my thinning hair, which I always cut short). I went to a 40+ singles night last year, oh God, please kill me, I have never seen so much desperation mixed up with disillusionment in my life. Nothing sadder than a woman who was hot in her teens and 20s and was a bitch to all the good guys who wanted her, felt indestructible and partied like hell and now in her late 30s or 40s can't stop bad mouthing guys her age because they go after younger woman. The ship has sailed, my friend, time to settle with another 40 something loser, probably the guy who used to bully us unless high school and now maintains our lawns or fixes our toilets.
