It's a nice improvement over her 9:49 pb from a meet in March of 2015.

I ran a good five seconds than that in 7th grade, and wasn't even the best in the state for my age group. That's like an moderator creating a thread about Rudisha running an 8:30 3k. Who cares?? Especially since since she's a man anyway.
Was that a gas-powered motorcycle on the track, riding a couple feet away from them? Holy carp.
I'm so sick of her, him, whatever. As if it isn't possible from just a glance to know that's a man, you have tangible proof that it isn't 100% female - and yet it still competes as a woman. That's a complete crock. Next time there is a few hundred bucks on the line in my local 5k, I'm signing up for the women's race. The only thing more obvious than her being a man is that she has a clear unfair advantage over real women. I think we all know what that advantage is.
Imagine being a woman and running into that in the ladies room.
That yoni fat tho'
You ran 930 in grade seven? What did you end up running in highschool?
The other five runners should just refuse to compete. So should every other opponent. Each and every time.

The only problem with this is that if an opponent even shows they slightest amount of dissent about this matter they get subjected to a disproportionate level of abuse from 'supporters' of Semenya.
It's really not worth it for an individual.
stay classy LRC, using "it" and "that" about a human being
if you disagree about the decision to let her race, then sure say that
otherwise stop acting like you are children in 4th grade with the name calling
personally I find it hilarious how many of you pick and choose which genetic advantages you find okay for an athlete to have, which should have them, and which should not - what's fortunate for everyone else is you are not in charge of deciding

True. The lack of posts on this is indicative of just how sick everyone is of her, him. My God there is even 'semen' in her name. How much more evidence do you need? They should do Semenya skits on SNL.
Trackbot! Equal split mile 1:13,1:19,1:13,1:07
8:32.00 Elana Meyer from 1991-04-29 second in race and on the alltime RSA list was Zola Pieterse 8:35.72
Just fast enough to win, again. Caster has become incapable of pushing themself.
My name is Joey Defeo. Look me up on milesplit I'm a senior in high school currently.

I found an article on the race.

Sitting back in the pack for most of the race, the shorter distance specialist launched a kick in the final lap to shake off in-form athlete Kesa Molotsane, who fought all the way to the finishing line.
Semenya won the race in a Personal Best time of 9:36.29, with national Cross Country champion Molotsane grabbing second place in 9:37.46.
"I'm used to running a few minutes on the track and going home," Semenya joked afterwards. "This is part of my training because we took a longer rest (in the off-season) and we're a month behind, so I just need to keep working.".

You'd be right if there was one race for men & women.
The argument you use is massively over simplifying the situation and is hardly original.
Paula Radcliffe ran a 9:36 3k 14 times back to back.
Why is this a story

First of all he's been taking drugs, so can't compete against men, even though he's a guy, and he's a guy, so has no business being in women's events. The sooner that men are barred again from being in women's events, the better.
It is pretty good range
50.40 (400m) to 9:36 (3000m)
