Week 1: 35, 36 (my GPS watch can't do fractions of a second)
Week 2: 34, 35, 36
Week 3: 34, 35, 35, 35
Week 4: 33 (PB 200m time, yippee!), 35, 35, 36, 35
What kind of 200m-400m sprint times do y'all think I could get to by the end of the 10 weeks? Also, do y'all think these technique 200s is ample training for sprints that carry over into my distance running? Thanks for reading!
