Okay guys I have just realized I have anemia... I didn't get blood work or anything but I'm pretty sure I do because I have some of the symptoms including:
Shortness of breath when walking or when doing an easy run
When I stand up from lying down my vision turns black and yellow for a few seconds and I get dizzy (this happens like every time)
I don't really get tired ( except when I do a lot of homework)that much but that is a symptom so yeah
Also my hands feel weak ALL the time idk what this is but yeah it's weird
Btw I'm a girl which probably does contribute to it more... anyway I have a question can I still continue training and increasing my mileage.. I usually feel fine on my runs but I get out of breath easily and slow paces make me out of breath. Also I'll be eating more iron foods- mainly cherrios. Is cherioos good a couple times a day for anemia? I mean it has 50% of iron I need... Also how long till my iron levels will be back.
