This is my first year at a D1 school coming from a community college. My first full time enrollment in community college was fall 2011 and was only full time until 2013. From then on I was part time. I am 24. Do I have any D1 eligibility. I havent played any organized sport since highschool.
If you haven't played an organized sport since high school you probably don't need to worry about whether or not you have D1 eligibility.

your D1 clock started in Fall 2011 when you enrolled full time. From that point you have 5 years to compete 4. Clock only stops for missions and military service, not for part-time enrollment. Your final year of eligibility was 2015-2016 at Division 1

You should talk to an eligibility or compliance officer in the inter-collegiate athletics office at your current (NCAA D1) school. The 5-years after you start full-time enrollment rule is for freshman who start at a D1 school. In your case (presumably) you transferred in as a junior, and you most likely have 2 years of NCAA eligibility.
An NAIA college will probably allow eligiblity. Good luck!
