My friend Kris thinks Ford Palmer is the only one. Is he right? Don't try to tell me Mary Cain or Drew Hunter, I only want people who did compete in college but did not make NCAAs.

To be clear, DIII NCAAs still counts
Any NCAA championship, or outdoor track only?
Most interested in none at all, but I'd be fine with including ones who had been to XC NCAAs but neither track.

Quick, and completely unscientific, synopsis.
BAA - all women were NCAA Q; not sure what men have individual contracts
Beasts - all NCAA track Q
Big Bear - both NCAA track Q
Bowerman - all NCAA track Q
Derek Thompson group - all NCAA track Q
Furman Elite - all NCAA track Q
Mammoth TC - ?; group or individual funding hard to tell
NAZ Elite - Matt Llano, if he still has an individual contract
NOP - all NCAA track Q
Norcal - Kim Conley and Kate Grace
NJNY - Ford Palmer, if he has an individual contract
OTC - all NCAA track Q
Assorted individuals-Ferlic, Sifuentes, etc; too many to assess
Llano, Conley, and Grace all made it to nationals as best as I can tell from Wikipedia but I appreciate the effort
NCAA division 1 is all that matters and counts.
Is Larisa Dannis considered a Pro anymore? She's an often injured ultrarunner who was I believe was with Hoka.

current pros
Galen Rupp became a pro for 1-year before transferring to Oregon. He had to give money back before qualifying for NCAAs.
from Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Rodgers_(runner)):
"He currently lives in the small town of Boxborough, Massachusetts and still participates in running-themed events." ...dude.
