First, let's just note we're comparing a literal conspiracy theory, like aliens in Roswell level conspiracy, to legitimate DOJ sponsored investigation that both chambers in Congress have taken up.
Here's what I think would happen. About 30% of the country would build national monuments dedicated to saying "I told you so." I suspect they'd want to replace Washington on the dollar with the very phrase. About 60% or so would feel very cheated and deceived, perhaps not admitting it publicly but accepting the consequences. Maybe it has long term affects and even less people vote in future elections. Disaffection and cynicism would be at an all time high. About 10% would go rabid and claim the other side was out to get them.
Oddly enough, I predict the exact same outcome if Trump is found guilty.
That's a very fair answer. It started with spin, but you straightened out by the end. Having 10% of the country go nuts doesn't sound like a good thing.
Now, let's go to the next step. Do you think it would have been worth it to run Obama out of office for the birth certificate issue, even if you were convinced he was born in Kenya? Would it have been the right thing to do for the country knowing what Obama's Presidency meant to so many people?
Yes.
This is what a reasonable post looks like. What is not reasonable is claiming all liberals lack empathy or all conservatives are racists.

Last I checked, there was no investigation to the legitimacy of Obama's birthplace because it was never a legitimate question. So it's not spin. We actually call those things "realities."

I do not understand this question but it appears you're trying to make some moral hazard argument perhaps. It has already been stated so many times, but most of us here just want the truth. If laws have been broken, then punishment according to the law must follow. If laws have not been broken, then that's the way it is.
Not to take a dig at Flagpole, but I'd suspect he'd be leading the charge for the whole "changing of Washington on the dollar to `I told you so.'"
OK Racket. Good talk. We made progress today. You just keep thinking about the consequences of having 10% of the population going nuts and whether or not its worth it. Everyone should be thinking about that, but no one is talking about it.
Oh, and not that it means anything now but I never liked the birther thing for this very reason. I agree with your assessment. It could not end well and likely would have led to riots, burning, and death on a national scale. Responsible people should try to avoid that. I just poke you guys in the eye with it because Obama himself was the first birther! I can't resist taking that shot every time it comes up.

Another claim that you’ve made in the past that was refuted.

Yes.
+1
Because such a YUGE lie is more than enough to remove someone.
Obama, born in Kenya = Cheating to get elected = Removal from office
Trump, aided by Russia to get elected = Cheating to get elected = Removal from office

No matter how you slice it, Obama lied about where he was born at some point.
Ah, this just never gets old!
SUCKA!

http://www.wnd.com/files/2012/05/Vetting34.jpgDude, this is the 4th time on this thread that you have used that piece of garbage. I think I have refuted you at least 2 other times. The publisher of that pamphlet clearly admits she made a mistake and that Obama never even knew about it.
But, you keep pulling that crap from you little bag of tricks over and over. Come on, man. Think, learn, better yourself.
Re-refuting for the SUCKA

What would have happened if the birth certificate thing had proven Obama was born in Kenya and then he was thrown out of office one year into his first term?
On what grounds would he have been thrown out of office? Obama meets the Constitutional criteria of natural born American citizen regardless of his place of birth because his mother is American.

The publisher admits she made a "mistake" and "Obama never knew about it".
... and you believe that ...
Riiiiiight. Then you believe that Reagan never knew anything about Iran/Contra. Is there ANY lie they feed you that is so distasteful that you spit it out?

You didn't get the point of the question. Even a monkey can see that.
Everybody, just stop this nonsense about Obama and Kenya. He was born in Honolulu, period. . However, the whole story, specifically the part about our former POTUS being the biological son of a Barack Obama Sr is complete fiction. He has absolutely ZERO Kenyan blood running through his veins. Obama is the biological son of Frank Marshall Davis- a devout communist who had a taste for white women and knocked up Stanley Ann Dunham.
Validity of the refutations is not predicated on your accepting them, but the facts. You'll believe anything that fits your fantasy world narrative and disavow anything that doesn't - this is just another example like the ones I pointed out in my last post.

And his daddy, Frank was an American too.

Not replying specifically to you: why is the ridiculous birther thing still a thing? Using Trump logic, it is unimportant. Immaterial.

Sorry, but you are not my son's mother. I am--a white, farm girl, from Kansas.
