Haven't run the 1 mile yet this year ran a 5:11 during a 5k race and my pr last year was 4:58
800 last year pr was around 2:05-2:10 haven't run it this year
My biggest question is what I need to do to improve. I would like to be in the 4:30 area. Also I feel I need to improve in my eating/ nutrition habits so any tips there would be greatly appreciated
